Lead Pastor of The Peninsula Pentecostals

Jared R Arango currently serves as the Lead Pastor of The Peninsula Pentecostals, a cutting-edge church with approximately 600 worshippers.

In addition to being a full-time Pastor for the past twenty-nine years, he has held several key positions in the VA District. He served as the Youth President for eight years, then as Home Missions Director for eight years, next as the Global Impact Director for two and currently serves as the VA District Strategic Growth Coordinator. He has also served as the National Pentecost Sunday Coordinator for the UPCI.

He is known throughout the UPCI as an apostolic revivalist, a creative church growth strategist, and a leader of leaders.  He has created and authored many church growth initiatives such as “40 Days of Fire” which has been implemented internationally with apostolic results, “The Rapture Drill” and most recently “Fresh Start.” He has taught church growth and leadership both locally and internationally.

He currently leads a team of about 70 leaders at The Peninsula Pentecostals, a multi-cultural, multi-generational assembly. Last year, under his creative leadership, he led his congregation to a record breaking Easter attendance of 1620.  In his spare time, he enjoys golf as well scuba diving and is a certified diver.
